Payment, shipping & paperwork
Everything you need to know before sending a deposit: which channel to use, what the terms are, and how your order travels from our yard to your port.
Payment methods
Two channels. No surprises.
Choose your channel with your sales engineer before paying. We never send changed bank details by email — treat any such request as fraud and call us.
T/T — Bank transfer
The standard channel for vessel, engine and large gear orders. USD or EUR, telegraphic transfer to our company account.
Account numbers are sent as a signed PDF after your order is confirmed, and must match the contract beneficiary exactly.
PayPal
Fast and protected for gear, spare parts and sample orders. We can also send a PayPal invoice from our business account.
Payment terms
Deposit, balance, delivery
Deposit on order confirmation
Secures your build slot and starts steel cutting. The deposit is stated in the contract and is refundable only if we fail to deliver on the agreed terms.
Balance against Bill of Lading copy
Payable once the vessel is loaded and the B/L is issued. Original documents are released to you or your bank after funds clear.
Small orders paid in full
Nets, accessories and spare parts under $5,000 are paid in full before dispatch, usually by PayPal or T/T.
Letter of credit on request
Available for orders above $250,000, at sight, issued by a first-class bank and confirmed by our bank. Terms agreed case by case.
Shipping
From our slipway to your port
Quotes are available FOB or CIF. Tell us the destination port and we will price the freight before you commit.
Break-bulk / heavy lift
Vessels over 20 m are carried on deck or as heavy-lift cargo. We handle cradles, lashing plans and port coordination.
Container
Gear, engines and accessories ship in 20 ft or 40 ft containers. Consolidated loads for fleet orders keep freight per unit low.
RoRo / sail on own keel
For sea-worthy vessels we can arrange delivery by a delivery crew to your port, with fuel and insurance included in the quote.

Protection
What protects your money
Signed contract first
Spec, price, delivery date, penalty clause and inspection rights — all in one signed document before any payment.
Third-party inspection
You may appoint SGS, BV, Intertek or your own surveyor. We cover access and cooperate fully; failed inspection pauses the balance.
Verifiable bank details
Account details are issued on a signed PDF and confirmed by a second channel. We never change banks mid-order.
12-month parts warranty
Engine and machinery parts replaced free of charge for 12 months. Hull structural defects covered for 24 months.
Milestone photo reports
Build progress documented monthly with photos and video, so you always know what your deposit bought.
PayPal buyer protection
Small orders paid through PayPal carry PayPal's buyer protection on top of our own terms.
