Eighteen years at the slipway

We started as a steel fabricator repairing local trawlers. Today we design, build and export complete fishing vessels — and we still walk the yard every morning.

The yard

We build in the open,
not behind a broker.

Shipbuilding across borders has a reputation problem: photos that belong to someone else, specs that shrink between the quote and the delivery. Our answer is simple — we own the yard, so we can show you everything.

  • Steel cutting, hull assembly and outfitting under one roof
  • Machinery installation and shaft alignment by our own fitters
  • Sea trials documented with video and trial data sheets
  • Open to SGS, BV, Intertek or your own surveyor

How we work

From first message to first haul

A vessel order is a year-long relationship. Here is exactly what happens, and what you receive at each step.

01

Requirements call — 1–2 days

We ask about species, fishing grounds, crew size, ice or freeze capacity, and the flag state you will register under. You get a written spec summary the same week.

02

Design & fixed quotation — 5–7 days

General arrangement drawing, machinery list and an itemised FOB or CIF price. Valid for 30 days so you can take it to your bank.

03

Contract & deposit — 30%

Signed contract with delivery date, inspection rights and penalty clause. Deposit by T/T; larger orders can use a letter of credit.

04

Build & reporting — monthly

Photo and video updates at every milestone: keel laid, hull closed, launch, machinery installed, sea trial. You are welcome to visit at any point.

05

Survey, sea trial & balance — 70%

Trial reports and class documents handed over. Balance payable against the Bill of Lading copy; loading photos sent before the vessel sails.

06

After-sales — 12 months and beyond

Engine parts warranty, spares shipped by air, and remote commissioning support for your engineer over video call.

Where our boats work

30+ coastlines, one standard

Different waters demand different hulls. These are the regions we ship to most and the configurations that work there.

West & East Africa

Steel trawlers 18 – 32 m, high fuel capacity, heavy-duty winches. Most orders include crew training on delivery.

Southeast Asia

GRP purse seiners and wooden-hull replacements, shallow draft, ice holds sized for daily landings.

Middle East

Multipurpose hulls with shaded working deck, high ambient-temperature engine cooling packages.

Latin America

Longliners and small trawlers, configured for local fisheries-register inspection requirements.

CIS & Black Sea

Reinforced hulls for ice-class coastal operation, heated wheelhouse and deck de-icing.

Island nations

Landing craft and small multipurpose boats for inter-island catch transport and reef fishing.

Talk to a person

Ask us anything before you commit.

Prices, drawings, freight costs, registration paperwork — an English-speaking engineer answers directly, usually within a few hours on working days.
